  • Applications will close once the budget allocated to us is reached (first come, first served). We will announce the closing on this page.
  • At check-in, the lead guest must present identification and sign an application form. If this cannot be confirmed, the regular rate will apply.
  • The names of all guests, including children and infants, must be written on the application form.
  • Only leisure travel is eligible. Business use is not eligible.

Change & Cancel

Changes and cancellations

  • Rates vary by date (weekdays, days before holidays, etc.). If you change your dates, the discount will be recalculated based on the rate for the new dates.
  • Please contact us by phone for changes or cancellations.
  • If you cancel, the discount allocation will be offered to other guests. If you book again, the discount may not be available depending on the remaining budget at that time.
  • Cancellation fees are charged according to our policy (the discount does not apply to cancellation fees).
    Up to 7 days before: free / 6 to 4 days before: 50% of the room rate / 3 days before to the day of stay: 100% of the room rate
