How do I make a reservation?

Is there a cancellation fee?
Up to 7 days before your stay: free
6 to 4 days before: 50% of the room rate
3 days before to the day of your stay: 100% of the room rate

What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose either prepayment or payment on site.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
Where do I check in?
Kinrinko: please check in at the Kinrinko front desk (15:00–22:00).
Hoshi and Kei: self check-in. We will send online pre-check-in instructions and your room lock number to the email address used for your booking, or via the booking site’s messages.

Is there anything to keep in mind at night?
Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 7:00 the next morning at all properties.

How many guests can stay?
Kinrinko: up to 8 guests per villa (4 double beds)
Hoshi: up to 6 guests (3 double beds)
Kei YUZEN: up to 4 guests (4 single beds)
Kei YUUYUU: up to 2 guests (2 single beds)
Hoshi: up to 6 guests (3 double beds)
Kei YUZEN: up to 4 guests (4 single beds)

Can I choose my villa at Kinrinko?
All six villas share the same design, so we will assign your villa.
What is ASAHI?
ASAHI is the VIP lounge at Kinrinko, with a dining table for ten.
It is available together with your stay by advance request (10:00–22:00).

Is there a sauna?
Every villa at Kinrinko has a sauna. Hoshi has a barrel sauna. At Kei, YUZEN has a sauna (YUUYUU does not).

Are meals included?
At Kinrinko and Hoshi, you can choose a plan with dinner and breakfast. Kei offers room-only stays.

Can I order drinks?
At Kinrinko only, wine and beer can be delivered to your villa (from check-in until 22:00).

Is parking available?
Free parking is available: 6 cars at Kinrinko, 2 cars at Hoshi (no vehicle size limit), and 1 car per building at Kei.
Can I bring a pet?
We are sorry, but pets are not permitted.
